Theta Alpha Kappa

Purpose: Theta Alpha Kappa, was founded in 1976 with the purpose of honoring outstanding students in the study of theology and religion, and to encourage, recognize, and to maintain excellence in such studies.

Lyon’s Alpha Zeta Phi chapter requires students to have completed a minimum of 12 semester hours in religion and philosophy courses, have a 3.5 GPA in such courses, an overall GPA of 3.0, and be ranked in the upper 35% of their class.
