Dr. Mark Schram joined the Lyon College faculty in 1991 after working as a research associate at the Center for Reservoir Research in Kentucky. His research pertains to the population dynamics, substrate utilization, nutrition and migratory behavior of zooplankton in small ponds and streams. Dr. Schram routinely teaches Principles of Biology II (BIO 112), Ecology (BIO 340), and Histology (BIO 366). He advises first-year students and biology majors, and serves as the faculty advisor to Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity and Club Med (health professions club).
