Arkansas Art Council honors Scottish heritage program

When the Lyon community thinks of ScotsFest, one of the first images that comes to mind is Kenton Adler playing bagpipes in a kilt. Celebrate the 41st Arkansas Scottish Festival this April

Get a taste for tartans and more at the 41st Arkansas Scottish Festival! Lyon College will host the annual event from Friday, April 3, through Sunday, April 5.  The festival weekend kicks off with the Kilted Mile at 6 p.m. Friday in Downtown Batesville.
