Lyon College’s first active-duty ROTC cadet graduated Friday, Dec. 9

Lyon College’s ROTC Fighting Scots detachment held its second commissioning ceremony of the year on Friday, Dec. 9. Five Lyon cadets receive achievement awards for ROTC program

The Lyon College ROTC (Reserve Officers Training Corps) Program had five cadets receive awards for their achievements this semester. Mikayla "Blysse" Harmon won the National Defense Industrial Association Award. Alexander Holzawarth won the Edwin O. Carlson Award. William Sonnier won the Veterans of Foreign Wars Award.
