MAC Testing Policy and Procedure
Please read the following policy and procedures carefully before submitting your exam request.
Scheduling Makeup Exams Due to Unforeseen Absences
Students who need to make up an exam due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances must make the necessary arrangments with their professor before requesting an appointment with the MAC. Once the exam request form is received, the Director of Academic Support (DAS) will request a copy of the exam from the professor if the exam has not been received in the MAC already. The DAS will submit all completed makeup exams along with a copy of the exam request form and exam completion verification to the professor. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

The Director of Academic Support will notify the professor of any cancellations.
Appointment Confirmation
All testing appointments will be confirmed via Google calendar invitation, so it is essential for students to check their email regularly and accept the invitation. Students should not assume their testing appointment is scheduled until they receive a calendar invitation from the Director of Academic Support.
Cancelling an Exam Appointment
If a student needs to cancel an exam appointment, they must submit a cancellation notification via email to the Director of Academic Support.
Late Arrival for Exam Appointment
Due to a high volume of testing, if a student arrives late to the MAC for his or her exam appointment, they will be allowed to take the exam. However, they will not be allowed the full amount of time allotted by their testing time and/or accommodations.
