Enactus defines itself as “a community of student, academic and business leaders committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to transform lives and shape a better, more sustainable world.” 

Enactus holds regional conferences and career fairs each year, as well as an annual national conference. The Enactus chapters compete at the conferences and showcase the impact of their community outreach projects, and the finalists get to advance to the national conference.
