Lyon College Dining Services
Lyon College has partnered with Creative Dining Services to bring the Lyon community a fresh, healthy dining experience with a variety of food options for every palate. Creative Dining provides outstanding culinary services in four areas: Edwards Commons, the Lyon Den Café, the Salty Dog Coffee Shop, and Lyon College Catering Services.
Breakfast: 7 a.m.-9 a.m.
Continental Breakfast: 9 a.m.-9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 10:45 a.m.-1 p.m.
Dinner: 4:45 p.m.-7 p.m.
Brunch: 10:45 a.m.-1 p.m.
Dinner: 4:45 p.m. -7 p.m.
Commonly known as "Ed's," the Edwards Commons features a multi-station dining experience that is open to Lyon students, staff, faculty, and guests. Cuisine options include the Marketplace (home style foods), Grill (burgers, chicken tenders, and fries), Greens (salad bar and soup), Deli (made-to-order sandwiches), Il Forno (pizza selections), Silk Road (vegan and vegetarian), Brenda's Bakery (home-made sweets), and Destinations (daily features made-to-order).
The Lyon Den
Monday-Friday: 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
Craving a cheeseburger and some fries? The Lyon Den, located on the lower level of Edwards Commons, offers a range of brain food, from burgers and chicken options to pastas, rice bowls, salads, and more. Vegetarian options, 'grab 'n' go meals, ice cream, and milkshakes are also available. And everything can be ordered via the Eatable App™.

The Salty Dog
Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
If you like coffee, you will love the Salty Dog. Located in the Morrow Academic Center, it offers espresso drinks, nitro cold brew, freshly baked scones, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and muffins. What students love most about the Salty Dog is that it delivers! Using the Eatable App™, students, faculty, and staff can order online with optional delivery at no extra charge to anywhere on campus.
