Lyon College has partnered with Creative Dining Services to bring the Lyon community a fresh, healthy dining experience with a variety of food options for every palate. Creative Dining provides outstanding culinary services in four areas: Edwards Commons, the Lyon Den Café, the Salty Dog Coffee Shop, and Lyon College Catering Services.
Commonly known as "Ed's," the Edwards Commons features a multi-station dining experience that is open to Lyon students, staff, faculty, and guests. Cuisine options include the Homestyle Station, Pizza and Pasta selections, Deckers Sandwich and Panini Bar, the Vegan and Vegetarian Kitchen, Soups, the Salad Bar, Brenda’s Bakery Desserts, “The Zone” featuring allergen aware selections, an extensive beverage selection, and much more. Our Patterson Dining Room is spacious, bright, and features an ‘al fresco’ dining area for enjoying an outdoor meal on warm, beautiful Arkansas days.
