June proved to be a pretty slow time for the dancers around here, especially since I am tied up working for the APPLE project. Work this summer has been great though! My old dance helper Cris Slaymaker is also working for APPLE this summer and we've been scheming about future plans for the dancers. I got to see our old Highland dance friend Sarah Walter the other day and she's doing just great. Best of luck to her at her new college.

    I've been getting things ready for our mini camp which is approaching quickly and have been preparing for our Scotland trip and competition. Am also in the process of cutting the music for this year's choreography, which is proving to be quite difficult! Other than that June has been a very relaxing month for all of the Lyon College dancers. Things will really get crackin' here in the next few weeks though! :)
