Logging in to the library databases from off-campus

If you want to access our databases off-campus, you have to log-in through Citrix.  You cannot use your desktop.  These databases use IP recognition and have to have the college server's IP before they'll let you in. 

1. Go to Lyonnet.
    
2. Go to the web tools box and click on Citrix.
    
3. You'll then click the button with the label of: off-campus.
    
4. Here comes the tricky part.  If you try but can't log into Citrix, you may have to load the "Citrix Web Client" to make this work.  It's also a button on that same page.
    
5. Once you've loaded the "Citrix web client"  try and log into Citrix again.  It should work. Once you're in, find a browser and start searching. 
    
6. If it doesn't work, call the Information Technology Department at:  (870)793-8548 and they'll walk you through it.  Remember, they are only there during working hours which are basically 8-5 Monday thru Friday.
