Daniel Guffey Signs With Scots

Daniel Guffey, an outfielder/middle infielder from Bauxite (Ark.) High School, signed a letter of intent to play baseball for the Lyon College Scots beginning in the 2005-2006 baseball season.  Daniel is the son of Stephen and Marsha Guffey.

Lyon Head Coach Kirk Kelley says "Daniel brings a lot of athleticism to our program.  He is an outstanding runner, and we also love the fact that he is versatile.  We feel Daniel can come in and help our program immediately.  He brings the best of both worlds as he is not only a great baseball player but he is a great
