Tim,  a sophomore from Jonesboro, Arkansas, scored two goals in a 3-1 conference victory over Freed-Hardeman University.  Both goals came in the first half.  This victory assured the Scots of a spot in the TranSouth Conference Tournament for the first time in school history.  Akin also played very well in a 2-2 tie with Union University.  The Scots finished the week at 1-0-1.
