Candace, a senior from Kensett, Arkansas, helped lead the Pipers to a 1-1 week with a conference victory over Blue Mountain College and a loss to Union University.  In the loss to Union, Pettis poured in 17 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, and handed out 3 assists.  In the win over Blue Mountain College, Candace scored 18 points and had 10 rebounds to go along with 4 steals.  The Pipers are now 15-11 overall and 3-6 in conference.
