Lyon-Poitiers Exchange Program

Lyon College has an exchange program with the Université de Poitiers, allowing students to study in France for a semester or a year. Poitiers is a beautiful and historically rich city known as “une ville étudiante” or “college town.” Students may take courses at the Centre de Français Langue Etrangère at the Université de Poitiers, which provides courses in oral and written French as well as literature and civilization. In addition, qualified students may take the same courses as French students in other subject matters. Students may choose to stay in a dorm or rent a room in the home of a French host.

 The exchange also allows French students to come to Lyon, enriching our campus life. Lyon’s small size makes it easy for French students to get to know Americans.
