Logging Into FirstClass
You should find a FirstClass icon on your Citrix desktop. If by some chance it is NOT there, you can go to Lyonnet and Help, or just follow this link. Double click on the FirstClass icon to start the application.
When the FirstClass login window opens, make sure the Address is
set to home.fc and that the Server is mail.lyon.edu
If these settings are not already in place, use the Setup button to make them
so. You can also enter you User ID and Password while in Setup, to allow
for Automatic Login. Information Services recommends entering your User ID
only, and leaving the Password window blank in Setup. That way, when you
login in the future your ID will appear automatically, but your password will
need to be typed in each session.
