When you open the Directory, you will see a list of all the user accounts, conferences, and group calendars on the system. Names appearing in bold indicate that the user is currently logged onto to the system.
Double clicking a name automatically opens that user's online resume. It will only contain information if the user has entered something. Right clicking a name offers the opportunity to view the user's personal calendar (unless they have denied access) or to display their resume. You can also type all or part of a name in the Pattern window and get a display of everyone on the system with that pattern.
