PULASKI, Tenn. – The NAIA's No. 5-ranked
Martin Methodist College Lady RedHawks trumped the Lyon
College Pipers, 6-2, in the semifinals of the TranSouth
Conference Women's Soccer Tournament.
The RedHawks (13-4) play in the tournament championship
Sunday at 2 p.m. against No. 2 seed Bethel College.
Lyon
falls to 9-8-1 on the year and is eliminated from
TranSouth Tournament play. The Pipers were in the
semifinals of the conference tournament for the second
consecutive year.
