JONESBORO, Ark. – Chelsea Hinton, a 5-11 outside hitter from Jonesboro, Ark., has signed a letter of intent to play volleyball for Head Coach Justin Dee's Lyon College Pipers.

Hinton, a three-time All-State performer at Jonesboro High School, was the 2006 Class 6A State Tournament MVP as a sophomore.

The Jonesboro product earned a team-high 350 kills in her senior season of 2008, while notching 137 digs and 23 aces.
