BATESVILLE, Ark. – Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras cut down the Lyon College Pipers' four-match win streak with a 3-0 (30-26, 30-28 and 30-23) victory in a nonconference match on Monday evening at Becknell Gym.

Lyon drops to 11-8 this season and loses for the first time since Sept. 27.

Senior outside hitter Daria Paunovic led the Pipers in kills with 15, followed by sophomore middle blocker Katie Beineke with 13. Paunovic also had one solo block, one assisted block and one ace.

Libero Ann Sullivan earned a team-high 19 digs and Lauren Castleberry pitched in six digs. Setter Jessica Sylvester earned 20 assists to lead Lyon in the category.
