BATESVILLE,
Ark. – Matt Henderson, a 6-1 guard from Newark, Ark.,
has signed a letter of intent to play basketball for
Head Coach Kevin Jenkins' Lyon College Scots.
Henderson is
a three-time all-conference player and a 2007-08
all-state performer at Cedar Ridge High School. He
averaged 16.3 points, 9.9 rebounds and 3.4 assists per
game as a senior, where he led his team to a 38-game
winning streak and a quarterfinal appearance in the
state tournament.
