HOT SPRINGS, Ark. --
Lakeside High School distance runner Amy Starnes has signed a letter
of intent to run cross country with Lyon College.
As a junior, she helped
the Lakeside High School Lady Rams win the 4A-Southwest
Conference championship with individual titles in the
1,600- and 3,200-meter runs. She earned all-conference
honors and was a member of
the all-Garland County team.
