Lyon College cross
country runners Beau Palmer, Emily Sexton and
Daniel Haney all garnered All-TranSouth Conference nods
for their performance in Saturday's Region XI meet at
Louisville, Ky.
Palmer, a freshman from
Arlington, Tex., has also qualified for NAIA National
Meet and was named 2006 TranSouth Conference Newcomer of the Year
in men's cross country.
Sexton made it a Lyon
College sweep of the newcomer catagory, earning the 2006
TranSouth Conference Newcomer of the Year Award in the women's
division.
