BATESVILLE, Ark. – Matthew Moore, a right-handed pitcher from Athens, Ala., has signed a letter of intent to play baseball with Head Coach Kirk Kelley's Lyon College Scots.

Clements has logged 149 innings in his career at Clements High School and has notched 192 strikeouts and a 1.03 ERA.

The Clements star pitcher was named to the Preseason Under Armour All-American squad in 2008. Former Under Armour Preseason All-Americans have included current Major League Baseball players David Wright of the New York Mets and B.J. Upton of the Tampa Bay Rays.
