Any former student athlete who lettered in their senior year of varsity competition at Lyon College or Arkansas College is eligible for a Lyon College Lifetime Athletic Pass by completing either the printable questionnaire and mailing it in to the address listed on the form, or by completing the email questionnaire below.

The pass is good for one entrance into any home Lyon College athletic contest.
