Brian
Carr, a senior pitcher on the Lyon College Scots
baseball team, is the Lyon College Athlete of the Week
for the week ending March 23.
Carr,
a native of New Port Richey, Fla., pitched six innings
in a combined no-hitter against Spring Hill College on
March 17. He struck out 11 in the game and walked one in
the 10-0 victory.
The
lefty also pitched 6 1/3 innings against Martin
Methodist on March 23, but received a no decison.
