Residence Halls

A variety of residence hall options, including single gender halls, co-ed halls, upper-class living, and first year student housing, are offered at Lyon College.  All of our residence halls and apartments are smoke free.

The gender designations next to each residence hall and apartment area reflect the current designation for the 2012-13 academic year.  These gender designations are subject to change from year to year, dependent upon the gender mix of our returning and new students.

• Hoke/McCain Hall (upper-class, co-ed)

• Spragins Hall (1st year, female)
• Sturbridge Apartments (upper-class, co-ed)
• Wilson & Rogers Hall (1st year, male)

Each year, current Lyon students who plan on returning to Lyon College for the next fall, are given the opportunity to participate in room selection. During this time, they may select a residence hall room as their fall housing assignment. All new students to Lyon College will receive information about applying for housing on-line upon being accepted to the College.
