In order to get the group housing rate, attendees must submit housing forms no later than 6 November 2008!  Housing reservations after this date may be charged a higher rate.

The registration fees do not include meals and housing.  Participants must make their own arrangements with Asilomar and/or surrounding lodgings.  Attendees who wish to stay at the Asilomar Conference Grounds should download the housing form and fax it directly to Asilomar by 6 November 2008.  The special group rates for the conference are available only by using the housing form.  Do not use the online reservation pages on Asilomar's web site if you want the group rates.
