join us January 26 for Preview Day.

We have planned for you to see our beautiful campus, meet and
mingle with current students, learn about our athletic program,
get a glimpse of student life and understand more about financing

11:00 a.m.     Parent Panel for Parents    (Nucor Auditorium, Lyon Building)

            Parents of Lyon College students share their experiences at Lyon and answer questions.

11:00 a.m.     Student Panel for Students    (Sanders Lecture Hall, Derby Center )

            Current Lyon students share with you their Lyon experiences. This discussion lets you meet the people who matter most at Lyon – students!

CONCURRENT WORKSHOPS

11:40 a.m.     Student Life (Sanders Lecture Hall, Derby Center)

            Student leaders and the director of Residence Life and Student

            Activities highlight the numerous opportunities open to Lyon students including clubs, organizations and activities. If you want to learn more about student life we can put     you in touch with a current student to share experiences with you one-on-one. This session is tailored to students.

11:40 a.m.     Transfer Student Seminar     (Lyon Seminar East)

            This seminar is reserved for those students who are interested in transferring to Lyon College to complete their degree.

11:40 a.m.     Athletics     (Becknell Physical Education Building)

            Learn what it takes to be a varsity athlete at Lyon. Talk with coaches and student athletes about their teams and programs. This session is recommended for students and family members.

11:40 a.m.     Financing Your Student's College Education       (Nucor Auditorium)

            This session features an overview of the financial aid process. Parents receive a resource checklist. The discussion covers alternative loan

programs, payment plan options and LyonŐs generous scholarship and grant program. This session is for parents only.

12:30 p.m.     Lunch     (Dining Hall, Edwards Commons)

            Enjoy a great lunch in the dining hall. It's on us!
