Batesville Choral Society begins rehearsals for upcoming concert

After the rousing success of their Nov. 11 concert (pictured), the Batesville Choral Society, under the direction of Lyon College Assistant Professor Joel Plaag, has resumed rehearsals.

The choir will be learning an all unaccompanied program, including American composer Randall Thompson's "A Peaceable Kingdom."

The choir is open to any adult in the community, and will rehearse every Sunday night from 7-9 p.m. in preparation for their next concert, on Sunday, April 4.
