Presbyterian Outlook essay contest announced

The Presbyterian Outlook has announced its second annual Church-College Partnership Award competition for seniors who will graduate from Presbyterian colleges in 2008. First prize is $1,000. Students must submit a 1,000-word essay on “How my education at a PCUSA-related college has equipped me for significant service and leadership.” The winning essay will be published in the Outlook this spring. Awards of $200 will be given to others whose essays are chosen for publication. The deadline is Feb. 29.
