Award winners are announced
in Juried Student Art Exhibition
The best artwork from Lyon College students is on display this month as the Kresge Gallery hosts the 5th Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition.
Lyon students entered up to five artworks each, and juror John Hartley selected the most successful work from those entries. The selected pieces will be displayed in the Kresge Gallery until Jan. 25.
Cody Wagnon won the Presidential Purchase Award for his piece, "Absence of a Collegiate Madonna."
Megan Kinion took home first place, while Katie Howell received second place and Aaron Messick won third place.
Honorable mentions went to Megan Kinion, Douglas Harding and Camille Chan.
