Dr. Roettger addresses West Little Rock Rotarians

Lyon President Dr. Walter Roettger spoke to the West Little Rock Rotary Club last Wednesday at St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center. Lu Harden, president of the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, was originally scheduled to appear with Dr, Roettger to talk about the state of higher education in Arkansas and the differences between private colleges such as Lyon and state universities like UCA. Harden canced the morning of the event so he could campaign for Mike Huckabee in South Carolina. Dr Roettger addressed these and other issues in his speech and in a question-and-answer session that followed.
