President's Council meets in LR;
comedian Larry Miller entertains

Actor/comedian Larry Miller provided entertainment at the spring meeting of the Lyon College President's Council Friday night at the Arkansas Arts Center in Little Rock. About 130 people attended the event.

A reception in the gallery and atrium preceded the program. Danny Dozier of Batesville provided musical entertainment at the reception.

Doyle Rogers, who co-chairs the President's Council with his wife, Josephine Raye Rogers, welcomed the attendees. Dr. Walter Roettger, Lyon president, also spoke to the group and gave a presentation on the new Lyon Experience initiative of the College.

The meeting, originally scheduled for March 7, was postponed because of inclement weather.
