The Career Development program at Lyon College is very interested establishing mutually beneficial relationships with area employers. We can help you connect with top quality candidates while providing employment and internship opportunities for our students and alumni.

Job Posting

Send or e-mail us ( careercenter@lyon.edu ) your job vacancies or internship openings and we will list them in our Job Directory and on the campus intranet. If you would like to review resumes or conduct interviews with Lyon students, please contact us for information or to schedule a visit.

Lyon College also has an online job posting service entitled LYONConnect. This service allows employers to post their positions directly and insures the widest dissemination of the information. Once you are registered, you may post jobs and internships directly to the web site. (See NACElink privacy policy)

Recruiting

We sponsor an annual CAREER AND INTERNSHIP EXPO for recruiters to come on campus and recruit for full-time, part-time, temporary/summer, and internship positions. You can also arrange to recruit on campus at other times. Simply call or e-mail us and we will make the necessary arrangements. Another great way to connect to Arkansas colleges and universities is to join the Arkansas Association of Colleges and Employers (AACE).

Virtual Interviewing

The Career Center has also implemented CareerCam technology which makes it easy for employers to conduct live video interviews and online career events without leaving their offices. Visit the CareerCam web site to learn more about this technology.
