Dr. Tenace joined the Lyon faculty in 1997. His areas of scholarship include early modern European history, golden age Spain, early modern France, and the history of Ireland. He previously served as chair of the humanities division. His favorite writers include EdwardAbbey, James Galvin, Morris Berman, Gore Vidal, Ian Frazier, Robert Fisk, Gwynne Dyer and Paul William Roberts.
