Current Students and Alumni

The challenge of the religion and philosophy program keeps me excited from class to class. Every class builds upon the foundation of the liberal arts education provided at Lyon, and I find more influential information that forms my views and ideas of our society, individual life in America, and humanity on whole through the RPH program.

I have become a more critical thinker through the RPH program. I research topics relevant to our lives today and try to see, as philosophers say, "what ought to be" right for my life, society, and humankind.  Through the RPH program I can see the reflection of human history and build my life on a foundation of the achievements and failures of history. I have not only been able to learn from the RPH program, but to grow as well.  It has made all the difference in my life to be able to attend Lyon College and progress through the religion and philosophy program.
