Campus Food Service has changed dramatically since the late seventies when I was attending Earlham
College, a small liberal arts school in southeastern Indiana. The palates of students have become
more sophisticated as well which I believe has been the driving force behind the improvements in the
variety and quality of Campus Dining.
At Lyon College Dining Services we strive to provide the variety and quality that the students have
grown to expect from Sodexho Campus services. Our goal is to not only satisfy your appetites but
also entertain, frequently hosting special events that we call "Eatertainment". Our Edibles snack
bar offers a variety of healthy and fast food items to satisfy your needs when the Dining Hall is
closed. It will also be to site for several special events during the upcoming year.
